 Ensure that all relevant Indian Aircraft Rules and requirements of DGCA (Indian Civil Aviation Regulator) are complied with and the Products received, stored and delivered meets the applicable specification.
 Ensure the implementation of the Quality policy of the company, and other documented procedures.
 Ensure all statutory requirements are complied with and that renewal of all required licenses is done within the due date.
 Take appropriate corrective and preventive action with respect to discrepancies communicated.
 Maintenance of all records and provide the same to customers and statutory agencies during audits and inspections.
 Daily review the quality control documentation.
 Control and supervise the permit system of work being done at the Aviation Fuelling station.
 Ensure that procedures laid down for safety and security are complying by all personnel at the location.
 Monitor the daily stock position at the aviation fuel farm and liaison with approved suppliers to maintain required stock levels via Pipeline Transfers and Tank Truck Operations.
 Review the maintenance of Refuelling Equipment fleet and all the facility related to receipt, storage and delivery of Jet A-1 and also to take appropriate corrective and preventive maintenance.
 Ensure the availability of adequate manpower to conduct the activities of the aviation fuelling facility.
 Ensure that all personnel are adequately trained, and their competency is assessed.
 Maintain adequate manpower to run the shift operation.
 Ensure Safety, Health and Welfare for all personnel and providing suitable working environment to them.
 Check the adherence to requirements and systems of methods of evaluation and surveillance of contractors.
 Monitor the functions of the organization on a day-to-day basis.
 Coordination with Company’s management / Regulators/ customers on Quality related issues.

Key Result Areas
• Single Handed execution of complete setting up of Open-Access System of Aviation Fuel Facilities at Lucknow International Airport Limited including team building (Operators, Heavy Vehicles Drivers, Shift Supervisors, HSSE and Procurement Specialists), operational set up and other arrangements.
• Smooth and Hassle-Free changeover of all the statutory licenses/authorisations required for a Aviation Fuel Station to run at the Airport.
• Instrumental in obtaining Organisational Approvals from the Indian Regulator required, related to Operations, Security clearance and Safety Clearance, to commence Aviation Fuel Station
• Conduction of trainings for New Inducted Workforce including planning and setting up field trainings of all the workforce thru previous operators.
• Evaluation and Preparation of Advance Plannings on immediate requirements of Maintenance, technical Supports, i.e., Spares and Contracts and Consumables required to run the operations.
• Preparing & Analysing of Team Requirements for running an entirely new Operations.
• Instrumental in execution of various agreements of Fuel Supplies, Open-Access Modality, Owner-Operator and Asset Purchase Agreements with various Oil Marketing Companies, Airport Operator and Other Statutory Bodies.
• Initial liaison and association with Airlines and other members of Airport fraternity before changeover and fulfilling the initial information/checklist and compliance status for being a fuel vendor at the airport.
• Smooth and Hassle-Free Take Over of Assets and Stocks to mutually agreed status from previous operators under running operations of the Airport.
• Smooth and Hassle-Free changeover of all the statutory licenses/authorisations required for a Aviation Fuel Station to run at the Airport.
• Successful assessment in IFQP Audit of Fuel Facility at the very First Month of Operations.
• Successful Assessment in various Airlines Audit in initial Six Month of Operations (Commenced Since 01st Aug 2022).

• Ensure the locations’ procedures and systems complying to of the rules and regulations as required by Civil Aviation Regulator.
• Evaluate the quality systems for its accessibility and suggest any improvements in the existing system.
• Handling various QC Audits of Industry, IFQP, Oil Companies, Airlines and Statutory bodies.
• Assist Head QCM for the development of the quality management system and associated procedures, work instruction and other manuals in line with DGCA regulations and requirements.
• Check the adherence to requirements and systems of methods of evaluation and surveillance of suppliers.
• Conduct periodic surveillance audits on the location’s facility and conduct audits on supplier facilities so as to check whether the suppliers are performing in the scope of their approval and subscribe to the supplier requirements.
• Adherence of location to the inspection plans inspection standards and instructions as required.
• Monitor the functions of the location on a day-to-day basis.
• Timely response to DGCA correspondence and audit findings.
• Coordination with company’s management / DGCA/ customers on QC and Operational Requirements as per International and National Industry practice as well as CAR requirements.
• Promote awareness of customer and quality requirements and ensure implementation of the same by means of Quality Control workshops.
• Ensure product released to the aircraft as well as product received at fuel depot are under an authorized release certificate and by approved personnel.
• Assess the personnel for competency and recommend to function as quality control signatories.
• Communicate to all personnel on technical technical updates/Issued circulars and other developments in the Aviation Fuel Industry.
• Monitor validity of approvals to operating personnel to function as quality control signatories (QCS) along with their training requirements.
• Tracking Grant and Revoke of the QCS approvals whenever required.

• Ensuring timely and courteous operations of Fuel Depot and Fuel Hydrant Systems.
• Ensure stock accounting is made and proper handing over/taking over is done to the next shift.
• Ensuring appropriate liaison with Oil Marketing Companies about receipt planning and available stocks at Offsites.
• Ensuring the hydrant fuel system is always pressurized and fuel available in all pits.
• Ensuring that all the periodic quality control checks are performed and documented.
• Ensure, receipt & delivery of Jet A1 into the fuel hydrant system.
• Ensure calibration and verification of all in-use and master equipment.
• Manpower Rostering and planning for daily operational requirements.
• Allocation and supervision of jobs entrusted to Operational Officers in the shift.

• Preparing, analysing & monitoring OTP of TT Decantation/Receipt activities for product receipt undertaken by the company at Delhi International Airport.
• Planning & coordinating in the preparation of shift-wise manpower allocation required for daily receipt and QC Operations in the context of ongoing throughput requirements
• Ensuring strict compliance to all quality requirements as per laid down QC Procedures as per IOSL’s APEX MANUAL.

• Undertaken the project of conversion of conventional steering system to power steering system in Older Refueling Equipment.
• Undertaken various modification/up-gradation of Hydraulic System against previous under capacity system in adherence to various OE’s or as per studies/brainstorming/testing methodology.
• Identified and developed various OE Distributors/Companies for direct procurements which leads to optimal cost and authenticity of supplied goods.
• Instrumental and executed the concept of Toolbox Trainings on Equipment Handling for Operating Group which has resulted into improvement of various breakdowns.

• Formulating and assistance in preparation of annual budgets / OPEX and CAPEX forecast for organizational goals.
• Ensuring strict compliance, liaison and monitoring of Fuel Farm facility associated requirements viz.
