Preparing an analytical report “Group Daily sale report “on daily basis where different trends of the group sale data are highlighted in comparison with budget and previous year sale in terms of daily, weekly, monthly and yearly trends. Preparation of Weekly Graphic Report of sales trends of the companies in terms of daily, weekly accumulated, monthly accumulated and yearly accumulated figures.
Preparing and sending Financial monthly packs to all companies of the group and receiving the packs along with current month data and verifying the accuracy of the packs and assisting in preparation of consolidation of accounts.
Nature of business: Arabian Center Co. is a sister company of Fawaz Al Hokair Group.which is a diversified group of companies. Arabian Center Company is involved in Real Estate Business and is a parent of nine Companies. More than 12 Malls are under operation like Salaam Mall, Khurais Mall, Sahara Mall in Riyadh City; Daharan Mall, Ibn Khaldoon in Dammam City; Nakheel Mall in Qassem City.Aziz Mall and Hera Avenue in Jeddah City etc. and six Malls are under construction. One of them is Mall of Arabia in Jeddah - one of the biggest Malls of the Middle East.
Responsibilities
Approving and posting A/P Transactions in JD Edward Software and handling related matters of Payables.
Approving and posting A/R Transactions and handling related matters
Updating of rental status report of different Malls
Reporting of daily cash collection and Bank Current Position.
Bank reconciliations.
Inter company reconciliation etc.
Maintaining fixed Assets Schedules.
Prepaid and accrual adjustments.
Reviewing and updating of leasing contracts and suggesting recommendations.
Recording and posting of rental contracts data in the JD Edward software.
Preparing lease offers in the JD Edward system
Preparing lease follow up report etc.

Nuzha Project:-
Organization has Govt. contracts to provide the Luxury tents on the beaches for the tourists on rental basis. Further more organization has Villas to provide accommodation to the tourists and Electric Games in the Park.
Taif Project:-
Organization has taken the Land on lease in TAIF NATIONAL PARK. From the government and installed the Electric Games and also providing ready - made houses on rent to tourist.
