As AVP Procurement, is resposible for procurent, local and import, for all items, consumeable as well as Manufacturing plants/machinery.
As AVP, resposible for total procurement of this huge reputed Textile which include two weaving, six spinning, Huge Preocessing as well as eight Home Textile Stiching units. Further more it has its own power generation of 26 MW as well as supporting services set up like Civil, EHS, Foldings etc. We have a procurement system/ERP system.
I was responsible for total local as well as Import Procurement for two cement plant located in Dhabeji Karachi Sind and Saadi Cement located in Hattar Khyber Pukhtoonkhwa(NWFP). The procurement resposibilities included all items, may it be electrical, mechanical, fuel, instuments, packing material or the Import.
Did Masters in Electrical Engineering with over 80% marks. My BSc Engineering is in Electronics & Communication. I have done Calibration Diploma from USA, Inspection certificate from China and Quality Assurance Training from Sweden. I have successfully completed number of Leadership, Senior Officers Management and Procurement related courses. I have a vide experience of local as well as abroad inspection as per International Standards. I am also SIX SIGMA black belt and have successfully applied my technical skills, negotiation power and rich experience in saving on all procurement matters.
