Perform administrative duties as needed for the office
Assist with the recruitment, onboarding, and induction process
Issuance of salary certificates, loan letters, experience certificate
Liaise with the members of the management and other staff within the facility and work as an effective team player
Preparation of reports to the highest level of accuracy and timeliness
Maintain database of manpower reports for presentations etc
Ability to manage confidential and other sensitive information
Assist the Human Resources Manager in routine HR related administrative tasks
Filing paperwork and maintain files in a neat and tidy manner
Enter new joiners data into HR ERP software and ensure that the information is up-to-date and accurate
Provision of personal administrative support to the senior management staff and associated personnel in an accurate and timely manner
Flexibility to work overtime as and when required is essential and cover for other members within the administrative team.
Job Knowledge / Education and Qualifications
Bachelors degree in any discipline with a background in Accounting or administration
Good computer skills especially in Microsoft Office products (word, excel, outlook etc)
Ability to manage time and prioritize workload and be able to work under pressure and take on several concurrent tasks
Ability to organize office systems, organize and maintain schedule
Strong interpersonal, communication skills
Self starter and ability to maintain confidential information
Enthusiastic, proactive and flexible approach to work

Customer Service - Manages difficult or emotional customer situations; responds promptly to customer needs; solicits customer feedback to improve service; responds to requests for service and assistance; meets commitments.
