Implemented HP Service Manager solution, tailoring and customization for SM modules (Incident Management, Interaction Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, Service Level Management, and Configuration Management). AD integration to pull the contact records.

Project Responsibility:

Requirements Gathering, Analysis, and Development.
Implementation, Configuration and customization of Service Request, Incident Management, Change Management and Service Level Management, Request Management, Service Catalog, Configuration Management modules in HPSM.
Customized java scripts to automate the process flow
Integrations - HPSM with AD Integration to pull the contact records using HP Connect IT
Inbound Email Integration to generate the tickets automatically
Designed technical plan and documentation for the modules and Develop and Execute Test Plans and Implementation Plans
Configuration of Client Foundation Data, Change Approvals, SLM.
Customizing IM, PM and CM modules as per the customer requirement.
Internal Training to the customer on tool and Documentation of User manuals of all modules
Post Production support and resolved issues and fixes raised by End users

Configuring on HPSM including various activities like creating a company, Groups, Profiles, User Roles, Operator, Contacts, Categories, Form Designing and Format Control etc.
Configuring SLA and SLO’s in HPSM based on the client requirement.
Performing Daily monitoring activities such as Sync ups for various accounts, checking whether all the scheduled scenarios are running, call flow for all the accounts, checking HPSM logs, development server check, inactive schedule, scmapi and so on. Could bring back the application if any of these services have stopped functioning.
Customization of workflows/phases/approvals/notifications for the change management, Incident Management
Queries to perform mass upload and mass updated on demand

Discovered all the infrastructure devices which included servers, network devices, virtual machines in HP UCMDB
Integrated UCMDB with the HP Service Manager and ensured that the data is made available to raise an RFC against the CI’s
Integrated HP UCMDB to meet the customized requirement of the client.
Customizing IM, PM and CM modules as per the customer requirement
Customized script to meet the discovery of the devices which are OOB not supportable by the application.
Remote deployment of UD agents through UCMDB to get more data.

Configure the servers for the monitoring.
Configured the system to create the thresholds to generate the alerts on the threshold breach.
Integrating with OM and configuring ticketing system with HP SM.
