 Proactively liaising with civil and other MEP disciplines for onsite coordination to avoid execution clashes and implementing project execution as per program, as well as monitoring day to day works to ensure adherence to specifications.
 Reviewing, recommending and implementing on-site revisions for mechanical design details to suit site conditions.
 Resolving design issues, monitoring and controlling the site activities while working out a detailed plan for the site activities based on the overall project while reviewing the progress action plans on weekly/monthly basis.
 Planning & controlling all project activities and implementing quality standards for meeting the set targets and providing accurate and timely cost progress data to manage the project and report to management.
 Preparing schedules, cost summaries and BOQ’s for the clients review and approval and participating in tender meeting with contractor and client and conducted value engineering exercises with the team to achieve maximum results.
 Reviewing MAS/DAS logs and arranging the meetings with engineers to finalize the items and conclude engineering work, ensuring smooth run of work on site.
 Maintaining communication with vendors and factory personnel concerning warranty issues, product recall notices, operational problems with products, premature failures and other issues as they apply to products and equipment

 Developed detailed plumbing designs from the Concept design stage to shop drawings for High-Rise Residential, Commercial and Leisure/hospitality buildings with the accountability of designing plumbing systems and distribution of water systems.
 Successfully created, prepared and maintained the budgets and schedules of plumbing projects, led teams through preparing work plan ideas as well as providing work instructions to the assigned team.
 Directed and supervised all aspects of project design, preliminary design report with cost estimates, design drawings, preparation of specifications and bill of quantities, and periodic site supervision.
 Designed and selected the components of plumbing system, reviewed shop drawings, including plumbing equipment, drains and fixtures as well as fire protection systems.
 Generated cost estimates of the project along with charts, graphs, and perspective drawings to meet project specifications.
 Addressed RFIs, reviewed and prepared tender documents and contracts administration related to Plumbing & Fire Fighting works with the accountability of designing and selecting fire protection systems and equipment.

 Led firefighting Engineering department for designing and execution of firefighting system, sprinkler, fire hose reel, FM200, IG 55 deluge foam, Pre action system for various projects, involving:
o Airport (C4 Dubai), D1 tower and Alain stadium projects at Business bay and Al Jimmi in Dubai and Al Ain.
 Worked closely with the Unisafe clients to resolve issues on running sites & solve issues in firefighting design and specifications and coordinated projects across instrumentation, structural and architectural disciplines.

 Executed and designed internal, external drainage system, cold and hot water supply & firefighting system for various projects, including:
o Palace project for Sheikha Shamasa Bint Mohammed Bint Zayed Al Nahyan at Sea Palace Area in Abu Dhabi (Consultant- BEAD and Concept engineering consultants).
o Accomplished and handed-over two School projects at AL HILLI & AL MUWAIJI, Al-Ain (UAE) for DEWAN Engineering Consultant (Client - Musanda for Abu Dhabi Education Council).
 Drove design & construction of Plumbing & firefighting system (i.e. hot water and chilled water system and fire protection systems) design, supported projects for a variety of municipal and industrial water and wastewater, municipal building, and other industrial facilities clients.
 Conducted detailed engineering calculations and analysis and utilized design software to resolve complex issue while efficiently maintaining the standards and specifications for Mechanical Engineering on assigned projects.
