Since September 2002 is working on secondment with Pakistan Hydro Consultants (PHC) a consortium of Pakistan and International Consultants i.e. NESPAK, ACE, HARZA (USA) Bennie & Partners (UK) and Ewbank Prece (USA) responsible for the design and supervision of $ 2.50 Billion, 1450 MW Ghazi Barotha Hydropower Project (GHBP), comprising a Barrage a 52 Km long RCC lined power channel and power complex, As inspector Civil is responsible for the construction of super passages, road bridges, culverts, inlets, escapes, railway bridge, repair works 52 Km long concrete lining.
Responsibilities include:
➢ Construction of Super passages, Road Bridges, Culverts, Inlet, Escapes and Railway Bridge.
➢ Casting of Bridge beams, of 33.0 m length. Their post tensioning by latest technology of Tensacciai, grouting and finally launching on the bridges.
➢ The match casting of the pre-cast super passage segments, their launching with high technical and sophisticated STAC system, post tensioning with, Tensacciai technology and finally their grouting.
➢ Maintaining the quality of concrete from its batching to its placing into the forms. After placing, it's curing with approved specified methods up till the required time.
➢ The quality control on steel right from its physical and chemical testing to its proper fixing at site.
➢ Solution of different technical problems occurring at site.
➢ Calculation of pre-stressing results obtained during the post tensioning of the bridge beams, deck slabs and super passage flume.
