 Configure NETFlow on devices for monitoring WAN, Uplink and interfaces utilization and tracking endpoint bandwidth utilization.
 Manage, monitor all network devices, devices CPU/memory utilization, Interfaces utilization, Wan Links, related alerts using SolarWinds and Cisco Prime
 Configure Cisco Prime Infrastructure, add Cisco devices, wireless access-points and schedule auto backup for configuration archive
 Perform migration, new installation and upgrading Cisco IOS using technologies like TFTP.
 Submit the weekly report of NOC services and performance.
 Manage and enhance NPM, NCM, NETFLOW services in SolarWinds monitoring tool.
 Coordinate with vendors like Cisco, STC to resolve various issues and maintain services.
 Work on tickets/incidents, service request, change request and escalate the incident by prioritizing, assigning to the concerned team using Service Microsoft Console Manager (SCM)
 Support the transition of projects from implementation team to operations.

 Troubleshooting Layer 2/3 issues in Switches- like Spanning Tree, Rapid Spanning Tree, DTP, VTP, Root Guard, loop Guard, UDLD.
 Creating different types of VLANS, Private VLANS, modifying Vlans and Performing Inter-Vlan Routing utilizing SVI’s, Router-on-Stick model.
 Monitoring the interfaces like Fast Ethernet, Gigabit Ethernet, trunk interfaces, and layer 1&2 hardware failure or layer-3 connectivity issues in HSRP enabled Routers and Switches using Tivoli-IBM tool.
 Performed troubleshooting of Cisco Routers and Switches using Routing protocols like BGP Ospf, Eigrp.
