Manage projects maintenance requirement, Supervising daily routine maintenance and attend site complains, provide material and arrange trouble shooting of all HVAC & Chillers and package units. Matters related with facilitation of the project Staff handles and implement schedules and improvement measures for the maximum favor of the Employer. Following type of equipment being handled:
• Reciprocating chillers (YORK, CARRIER)
• Screw type of chillers (SKM & CARRIER)
• Trane package units
• Dunham bush package units
• SKM package units
• York ducted split units
• Huge verity and quantity of large and Mini split units, manufactured locally and internationally.
• Pumps and Plumbing systems.
• Assist site engineer to manage huge quantity of daily complains, failures, shutdowns, and breakdowns.Mannage manpower and their requirements to produce an active and high performance skilled technical team. Attend many sensitive complains and meet customer to satisfy and pay attention to them.
• Control project cost and teaches staff to reduce material consumption.
• BMS Operation & monitoring.
