• Providing L2 Support to all the user . Handling and supporting s1 (VIP Support)Users.

• Configuring new desktop and laptops for new users and already existing user with all the mandatory software’s of the company and standard software’s on which the company works and at the same time if any users if facing any problem with any applications with errors I need to resolve it as soon as possible.
• Configuration of local area networks and wireless local area networks and solving problem related to it on site. Problem associated with LAN port and voice port.
• Print Server Management.
• Configuration of Avaya phones and Nortel phones for the user.
• Configuring of system in the Network and domain.
• Installation of other Wireless Medias’ like photon card and air card and related problems.
• Formatting the system and installation on new operating system and also repairing the operating system which is corrupted without formatting it.
• Providing support for Citrix XenApp, XenDesktop.
• Data Recovering for the critical user’s from crashed hard disk which contains the crucial data of the company through various data recovering software’s of the company .
• Problems related to internet and intranet sites.
• Ms office related problems and configuration of ms office outlook 2000, 2003, 2007 and basic problems that arises in outlook and its personals folders and policies in outlook
• Configuration of network printers and scanners and after configuring it in the network, configuring it with the user machine. If any problems are there in the printers then I need to check that and resolve it on site whether it is a hardware issue or any kind of software (drivers) issue.
