Since july 2016 i have been working with Klampfer Middle East. I am holdling the responsibility for the commercial part of the projects like Tendering, Estimation, Procurement Appointment of Subcontractors and some adminstrative activities.
Working in tandem with the Project Management Team to review all schedules, man-hour estimates and procedures for Planning Department.
Coordinating and verifying the development of all revised programmes, for all projects.
Discuss the programmes with subcontractors on the mobilization of their manpower requirements and priorities of work in each phase.
Prepare reports for Management and clients on the revision / Progress to all scope, estimate and schedules.
Follow up subcontractors
Follow up material requirements
Preparing manpower requirements of project.
Supervision of all site activities

Preparation of Sub contractor bill as well as main bill.
