Fog Curtain System Maintenance of Pumps and valves, cleaning and fitting of nozzle.
Maintenance of Fume Extraction System (FES) - maintenance of ID fan, gearbox, coupling, bearing, valve, screw compressor, bag filter, etc.
Worked on a Swivel Furnace as replacing the rolls and plates.
In conveyor belt, changed the idler, belt, and pulley, checking of bearing, gearbox.
Fire fighting System maintenance and operation of Fire Pumps.
Checking the alignment of motor and pump. Perform disassembly, cleaning, inspection, measuring, reassemble, and testing of valve.
Performing repairs on pump as needed, including replacing parts such as impellers and seals.
Maintenance of Dry Fog System.
Shutdown job at LD#3 TSCR furnace area. Perform and inspect the job of fabrication, erection and dismantle.
Responsible for servicing, repairing, and maintaining hydraulic equipment and systems. Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and diagnose hydraulic systems, and carry out preventive maintenance tasks.
Documenting processes and maintaining mechanical service records.
Monitoring the availability of parts and replenishing supplies.
Training co-workers on the safe and efficient use of mechanical machinery and equipment.
