To ensure all processing activities, during the shift as per dairy practices like periodic CIP of all processing equipment, maintaining good hygiene level.
Overall responsible for handling dairy operations as per SOP from milk reception to packaging.
To execute production plan actively minimizing downtime
To delegate responsibilities and gives clear, consistent directives to the operators and staffs. Organizes the section with clear role for every staff
To coordinate with maintenance section for preventive or breakdown maintenance activities.
To ensure filling of all log sheets by the respective operators, keep the records and report to Production Manager
To Ensure maximum efficiencies of output and works with allotted budgets
To carry out any special assignment, time to time, as required by production manager.
To handle emergency situations; power failure, boiler, compressors and other utilities breakdown. Leakage in product aseptic lines.
To achieve zero LTI by reducing HAZARDS, toxic exposure. To ensure availability of PPE’s and maintain firefighting equipment
