Working as Staff Nurse in a factory setting; responsible for giving First Aid, taking patients to hospitals/ clinic for checkup, maintaining stock for First Aid supplies and organizing teaching sessions and activities to promote health and well being of workers.
Coordinating with insurance provider regarding work related injuries and reimbursement.
Shifa International Hospitals is a 600+ tertiary care hospital situated in Islamabad functional since 1987.
I started working in Shifa International Hospitals (SIH) after graduation. I've more than 4 years work experience here in High Dependency Unit, Medical Step Down, Medical ICU, Executive Floor and Post-OP Liver Transplant Unit as team leader and bed side nurse simultaneously.

Sharp I/V cannulation practice in adults
Strict Infection Control in Liver Transplant Setting
Intravenous Therapy
Care Plan administration
Assisting surgeon and doctor in various procedures
Precise charting & documentation
Proficiently handling biomedical equipments
Compiling data and communicate to administration
Training newly joined staff
Nominated and worked as preceptor for Trainees from Afghanistan came to Shifa for 3 month ICU course
Worked as Acting Floor In-charge for 2 Months in Liver Transplant Unit
Completed 1 year internship after graduation in Shifa International Hospitals from January 2011- january 2012.
