Responsibilities:
• Development of Master Schedule in Primavera (L-3, L-4)
• Preparation of Project S-Curves (Overall, Engineering, Procurement,
Fabrication, Transportation, Construction & Commissioning)
• Preparation of Burndown Curves, Weekly Dashboard, Weekly
presentation for top management, Preparation of Skyline.
• Preparation of Progress trackers for Construction activities (Civil,
Piping, E&I e.t.c)
• Preparation of Visual Site Progress Reports for Construction Activities
in MS Visio.
• Development of trackers based on MDR and PTR.
• Preparation and monitoring of Critical Path Analysis (As Planned vs. As
Build)
• Analysis and collection of information on delays and concerns
affecting the project
• Using coding systems and standards for reporting forms, bringing it
into a single, universal and accessible form.
• Forming of scope of work split structure as per design documentation
(drawings, job packs and etc.)
• Development of different levels work execution schedules, which
facilitate optimization of time consumption, using of resources and
costs within the terms stipulated by the Company.
• Works execution monitoring as per targeted plan.
• Weekly updating of network schedules
• Daily monitoring of work execution and direct manpower involvement
Originating and preparation of weekly reports and analysis of project
progress in the specified weekly interval

• Coordinate preparation and reporting of construction related planning
and progress data for weekly and/or monthly progress reports and
report on performance and schedule. Report planned and actual
progress status, analysis.
• Preparation of Progress trackers for Construction activities (Civil,
Piping, E&I e.t.c)
• Works execution monitoring as per targeted plan.
• Weekly updating of network schedules
• Raise in a timely matter project critical paths and risks to Line
Manager.
• Liaise with relevant users within the project to ensure construction
schedule is fit for purpose and reflects how project will be delivered.
• Analyse construction progress reports and identify trends to validate
forecasts and recovery plans.
• Implement and control detailed construction progress measurement
processes and propose and implement measures to increase
productivity.
• Interface with Contractors as required to obtain construction planning
and progress data.
• Coordinate preparation of weekly and monthly planning/progress data
for input to reports for Project activities.

project progress against agreed baseline schedules in order to ensure
the project is completed timely (forecasts, progress s-curves,
manpower histograms and detailed progress measurement per
activity per discipline).
• Using of coding systems and standards to prepare reporting forms, to
arrange the mina single, universal and understandable form.
• Generate daily progress report/weekly/monthly reports based on
schedule updates.
• Providing planning support to for maintenance activities at all plant in
OPF in accordance with prevailing procedures and statutory
requirements at oil and gas installations.
• Plan, assess and liaise with maintenance, operations and service
department to ensure availability of resources i.e. manpower,
materials, documentation and other support resources required for
corrective and preventive maintenance.
• Developing maintenance plans and other working documentation for
14 days Look Ahead and guide work preparer for 7 days execution
plan in accordance with the established MIE procedure during
maintenance activities.
• Reviewing schedule compliance weekly basis both for preventive and
corrective works and report.
• Preparation of the implementation plan, highlighting resources &
other requirements.
• Monitoring the Outstanding Work Requests, Work orders and
Due/Overdue inspection items in System Backlog.
• Updating the progress of detailed Plans for individual PM Maintenance
activities.
• Preparation of the weekly/monthly overall programme, ensuring work
execution according to plan. Coordination with Team leaders, Section
and Job performers to resolve clear conflicts and overlap.
• Providing support to ensure all activities are done in conformance to
a time schedule.
• Familiarising with SAP system, raising requests and work orders and
upkeep of records.
• Preparation of Frozen Plan, Preliminary plan, PSV reports, Capacity
overloading, Capacity levelling.
• Preparation of the Turnaround schedule in MS Project / Primavera

• Develop & maintain Project Control tools for tracking and analysing
project progress against agreed baseline schedules in order to ensure
the project is completed timely (forecasts, progress s-curves,
manpower histograms and detailed progress measurement per
activity per discipline).
• Develop flow chart in Visio.
• Using of coding systems and standards to prepare reporting forms, to
arrange the mina single, universal and understandable form.
• Generate daily progress report/weekly/monthly reports based on
schedule updates.

• Schedules, plans and oversees the entire program of work
• Plans, organizes, and coordinates planning activities
• Selects the most appropriate techniques and logical sequence of
activities to complete project scope
• Inputs the work breakdown structure information in means to assess
an accurate forecast on time, resources of the project
• Sets up alerts for all important contractual and milestone dates
• Prepares charts and histograms on planning projects
• Monitors progress periodically and compares it with the baseline
planning
• Updates the schedule based on inputs received from project team
• Prepares the monthly Progress reports
• Accumulates, collects and analyses data and information required for
planning (CTR, MDR)

• Prepare and lodge appropriately endorsed documentation, within
strict time frames to ensure compliance with statutory deadlines and
obligations
• Liaising with project teams and/or JV partners and RTX internal
support functions (e.g. accounting, legal and commercial) to advise
their future statutory and planning obligations to ensure compliance
obligations and timing are known and met.
• Maintain the Flexicadastre database with respect to land and mineral
rights obligations and compliance.
• Liaise with statutory bodies and stakeholders (as directed) over land
and mineral rights issues and new regulations/legislation.
• Implement statistical and record keeping controls in order to track
compliance Maintain the relevant components of EDMS
• Assist with due diligence for land and mineral rights acquisition and
maintenance
• Co-ordinate the preparation of tenure and land maps (as required) for
all active project areas.

• Identifying and recording future arrangement for existing contracts;
• Providing procurement schedule to all major requisitions;
• Demonstrating continuous effort to improve operations, decrease
turnover times, streamline work process, work cooperatively to
provide quality seamless customer service;
• Issue ICP codes to users and support data integrity and scheduling
the Integrated Contract Plan data into Primavera Database;
• Supporting User departments in planning their work well in advance
and update continuously the Integrated Contract Plan with additional
details to benefit all Users;
• Improving awareness of status of contracts in Contract &
Procurement department, identify problem areas and coordinate
recovery solutions;
• Review current timeline plans for types of contracts to ensure that
they reflect real time needed to complete each task. Ensure proper
interface in maintained with a buyer, VNDQ Department, Planning &
Reporting Section and Contract & Procurement Management;
• Prepare via Primavera and issue Annual Contract Plan to Authority;
• Develop and maintain Integrated Contract Plan through collection of
data from User into the Integrated Contract Plan and Issue monthly
Report to Users;
• Preparing documents for Cost Recovery Audit.

• Coordinate and Support Data Integrity and Scheduling of Integrated
Contract Plan;
• Coordinate team efforts between Contracts and Procurement
Controllership and Users on Integrated Contract Plan and provide
expert advice to all internal Users;
• Improve awareness of status of contracts in C&PD, identify problem
areas and coordinate recovery solutions / problems;
• Arrange timely follow up of actions and documents flow evolving from
JPC meetings and related communications including JPC documents
administration;
• Support Local Content Analysis of Integrated Contract Plan along with
VNDQ.
