•Support the Business Senior Relationship Manager in processing the day to day business transactions including Trade Finance and Syndicated Loans transactions.
•Support the Business Senior Relationhsip Managers in evaluating Credit Applications with comprehensive Quantitative & Qualitative analysis, preparation of Risk Profile sheet as per bank’s financial standing and UBL internal risk matrix. The Credit Applications are finalized with support of international Credit reports from FITCH, Economic Intelligence Unit & bank’s annual reports.
•Coordinate with correspondent relationships for completion of AML / KYC requirements for allocated territories
Ensuring premises safety, treating incoming visitors to the premises courteously and inform the relevant staff of their arrival promptly.
•Responsible for dispatching documents and parcels through Courier, organizing sent mail by post and ensure to maintain a log book for record purposes.
• Monitoring CCTV and fire alarms.
To Manage stock on a regular basis and resolving customers camplaints.
•To Provide customers with general information if necessary on outlet such as working hours, names / designations / location of relevant managers etc
•Updating database relating to sales and handling cash.
•Maintaining monthly sales.
