Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality qualification is an advantage).
Previous experience in housekeeping, preferably in a supervisory role.

Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
Change bed linens, make beds, and replace towels.
Vacuum carpets, mop floors, and dust furniture and fixtures.
Replenish guest supplies such as toiletries, coffee, and drinking water.
Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or safety hazards.
Handle lost-and-found items according to company procedures.
Ensure rooms meet hotel cleanliness and quality standards.
Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries.
Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Maintain housekeeping carts and cleaning equipment.

Patrol assigned areas on foot or by vehicle to ensure security and safety.
Monitor surveillance cameras, alarms, and access control systems.
Control access to buildings and restricted areas.
Check identification and authorize entry of visitors and contractors.
Respond promptly to emergencies, alarms, accidents, and security breaches.
Write detailed incident, accident, and daily activity reports.
Conduct security inspections and identify potential risks or hazards.
Assist employees, visitors, and customers with security-related concerns.
Coordinate with law enforcement, emergency services, and management when necessary.
Enforce company policies and safety procedures.
Qualifications and Skills
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous security experience preferred.
Valid security guard license or certification (if required by local regulations).
Strong observation and attention-to-detail skills.
