My functions were:
Organization of the company's marketing activity at South East Asia (Indonesia, India, Philippines, Malaysia etc. ) it included thesis main points:
Brand management elaboration.
Elaboration of optimal advertising budget, advertising campaign elaboration with focus at mobile apps segment in Malaysia (my fixed agreement expired at March).
*"AzovAfro" was mandated trade representative of OOO "Азовмаш" in Asia (with focus at India) and in Africa.
I've created and managed "Marketing and advertising department" consisting from brand manager, pr-manager, event-manager advertising and marketing professionals (7 employees under managment) and organized strategic marketing in interests of company's shareholders.
Main functions: Formation of long-term sale channels in Arabian countries of Africa and in Asian countries of Indian Ocean region (region). Elaboration of marketing strategy for enter at campaign. Building contacts with state bodies and commercial organizations. Team of trade representatives formation. Macroeconomic analyst of mentioned countries.
Main results: The company has won some tenders in region including tenders in Bahrain, Oman, Yemen (where my company could overcome Mitsubishi), India.
My company traded with equipment for steelmaking and oil industries mainly but my task was other I had to enter this company at IT-software and IT-services markets so I have created and managed "India-Africa department"
•it sold IT-outsourcing services to Houston based companies (Texas state) and in Emirates
•realized outstuffing projects with IT-companies based in Mumbai (India)
•sold softs for oil&gas exploring companies around Africa and Gulf region (Oman, Emirates etc)
I made accent at Twitter and it gave fantastic records you can be surprised by this but it was really that. I monitored event management and trends in Huston business society and promoted my company's services with pined Tweets, I contacted with Huston based It-entrepreneurs or just entrepreneurs commenting their tweets or just shared it and told them on my company. The accent was at small+ size companies and it worked. "PrimeCement" traded with building matherials of European brands for industrial building. I managed its expansion at Western regions of country.
Main functions: Building of a company regional branch. Organization of advertising campaign. Attraction of new clients, the negotiations with big buyers.
Main results: The company regional branch including 13 representatives and 4 regional centers was formed, since its launching the company sales were up to 8.4 % during 4 months
