* Generally responsible for implementations and monitoring of all electrical related works at site.
* Estimates, prepares and assigns the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables,
equipment, tools, etc., required for all electrical and related works prior toexecution.
* Plans and analyses all possible construction methodologies and recommends the best options to the
MEP Manager for approval prior to execution at site.
* Interprets construction drawings and studies the contract documents and applicable standards or
specifications prior to execution of any jobs.
* Manages directly and provide engineering and technical supports to all the electrical work groups at
site.
* Plans the execution of all electrical related works and coordinates the works to mechanical and civil
groups.
* Coordinates with Client / Consultant’s representatives for any site instructions and inspection of works.
* Assign targets for accomplishments and ensure targets are met on daily basis for all electrical groups at
site.
* Submits site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on
regular basis or as required.
* Supports the MEP Manager in accomplishing all the goals and targets for the electrical groups at site.
* Ensures that all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract
documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards whether local, national or international
standards.
* Ensures that all site works are done according to all applicable qualitystandards.
* Directly responsible for the safety of all electrical groups’ personnel of the project by ensuring that the
project execution will be done according to all applicable health, safety, sanitary and environmental
standards.
* Performs other related duties as may be required by the MEP Manager.
* Confer with engineers, customers, and others to discuss existing or potential engineering projects and
products.
* Design, implement, maintain, and improve electrical instruments, equipment, facilities, components,
products, and systems for commercial, industrial, and domestic purposes.
* Operate computer-assisted engineering and design software and equipment to perform engineering
tasks.
* Direct and coordinate manufacturing, construction, installation, maintenance, support, documentation,
and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements.
* Perform detailed calculations to compute and establish manufacturing, construction, and installation
standards and specifications.
* Inspect completed installations and observe operations, to ensure conformance to design and
equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards.
* To take instruction from the management on matters which directly or indirectly affect the operations
and putting them into outcome.
* To continually monitor the staff in carried out the prev. maintenance Schedules & their duties &
responsibilities as to achieve the objectives of maintenance / safety programs on machinery’s repair &
servicing.
* To make proper sanitation and good housekeeping at all times and secures turnover of responsibility of
the incoming foreman and to do other task that may be assigned to you by your superior from time to
time.
* Ensure proper scheduling & execution of repairs, maintenance services of all plant facilities,
machinery’s / equipment’s and the safety of all Prev. maintenance Staff at alltimes.
* Ensure management instructions is put into effect & To gathering daily activities / accomplishment of all
engineering personnel and records of the plant facilities, machinery’s / equipment’s breakdown, service
and maintenance / repair.
* To ensure the availability of materials needed for the project or repair before the operation starts.
* Supervises and coordinates activities of workers installing, repairing, and inspecting electrical
equipment, such as primary and secondary power lines, transformers, electric motors, air conditioning
system, generators and etc.
* Responsible for planning, organizing, supervising, checking and monitoring electrical and mechanical
equipment of the mall and tenants’ area to ensure that all facilities are in excellent working conditions.
* The individual inspect tenants’ area making sure that the design is within the criteria or parameters of
management standards and policy.
* Implements policies and regulations to all engineering staff to guarantee safety of tenants, customers,
and employees.
* Performs all assignments safely, participates in creating a safe work environment within the work place
by participating in safety training and supporting continuous improvement.
* Performs routine inspection, maintenance, replacements, repairs and calibrations on all types of
electrical, instrumentation and control equipment in the power plant and yard.
* Installs, replaces and maintains a variety of devices such as breakers and motor controls up to and
including 480 volts.
* Installs pipe, tubing, conduit, compression fittings, cable and supports.
* Performs all electrical work, installation, repair and maintenance of power plant equipment and
transformers up to and including 480 volts.
* Understands and utilizes a variety of equipment and tools in the performance of trouble shooting, repair
and calibration of electrical, control and instrumentation devices.
* Under normal conditions, performs own mechanical work in the performance of the E&I function.
* Performs basic rigging and scaffolding activities to the extent trained andqualified.
* Operates plant fixed and mobile crane/hoist equipment as qualified.
* Performs brazing, soldering, cutting and to the extent training is provided, electric arc welding work in
the context of completing the “total task”.
* Utilizes power hand and fixed shop tools in the performance of the work.
* Reads and understands blueprints for the purpose of lay out and performance of work. Makes
necessary sketches and drawing for communication to others anddocumentation.
* Trouble shoots all electrical, control and instrumentation.
* Utilizes equipment manuals or other materials for guidance in the performance of repairs, calibrations
and installation of equipment.
* Reports and documents abnormal conditions and records information in the equipment history files.
* Maintains a clean work environment.
* Occasionally performs other work as assigned for which the individual isqualified.
* To plan & make the Preventive maintenance schedule as to materials available, organize manpower
requirement & especial instructions require for the subordinate to carryout.
* To take instruction from the management on matters which directly or indirectly affect the operations
and putting them into outcome.

plant, and kept record updated.
* To check and monitor all electrical related machines and equipment and its auxiliaries for ensuring that
they are functioning as operated.
* To check and monitor the over-all electrical of the canning plant which includes lighting are in good
condition.
* To perform other task that may be assigned to you by your superior from time totime.
* To ensure the schedule of preventive maintenance are being followed andimplemented.
* To ensure operational condition of all electrically operated plant machineries and equipment’s and its
auxiliaries.
* To ensure safe working condition by using protective paraphernalia’s while onwork.
* To ensure safekeeping of all tools and materials issued / withdrawn from the company.
* Ensure effective plant sanitation and good housekeeping at all times. Responsively perform other tasks
