Directs electrical contractors to properly comply with the requirements of the given scope of work by following electrical specifications; Supervises the
implementation of all electrical lay-outs; Ensures the proper coordination between electrical subcontractor and MEPFS; Inspects and checks the actual works as per plan using technical specification reference; Coordinates MEPFS plans and details with
architectural and structural plans; Prepares Request for Information for consultants regarding discrepancy on details; Monitors drawings and Request for Information registry; Supervises the delivery of materials to ensure compliance to technical
specification; Prepares the combined shop drawings for implementation by the production group; Ensures proper compliance under the given specification especially on electrical works; Prepares reports to update supervisor and all sub-contractors regarding accomplishments and work status.
Working under the Transportation Management. In charge of all the cargos being loaded and unloaded on board the LCT (Landing Craft Tank). Coordinates with all Requestors /Representatives from different line of services based on the issued LCT Load Request Forms. Receive, Locate, Check and Prepare the cargo/s for shipment. Prepares and processes all pertinent documents necessary such as Cargo Manifest and Placarding /Labeling of Cargo/s for the shipment. Monitor information for Hi-Priority Cargo to be loaded on the scheduled voyage. Requests and coordinates for asset support to transport/deliver all incoming and outgoing cargo shipments from the point of Origin, staging area to LCT and to the Final Destination, staging area OR as stated in the load Request Form as the case Maybe. Assess the cubes and weights of the entire shipment and construct the Load Plan. Submit the Load Plan to the Captain of the Vessel for proper and safe loading Procedures. File and submit Load report to offices concerned. As the cargo shipment/s arrives at final destination, he shall be responsible to get the Authorized signature/s from the consignee as acknowledgement of the said delivery. Coordinates with the Vessel Captain for Loading and Unloading process.
in the Design Department. Responsible for producing Drawings/Designs, and revisions as per Clients and Consultants Comments on previous Designs
of furniture, wall panels, and doors, in 2D and wireframes. Also coordinates with Site
Supervisors and Site Foreman for actual measurements for wall panels and doors.
under the Logistics Department. In charge in receiving and distribution of
stocks, and maintaining a stock control of inventory in Agri and Non-Agri Warehouse
(Fresh and Frozen Chicken, Dry Goods and Processed Meat). Pitch-in all the reports on
Computer regarding the Fused Forecast and all the Inventories. Also, responsible for all
the weekly and monthly reports and issuing of stocks registers to
involved installing electrical wirings at posts and residential buildings.
