• Unit Service and repaired., Forklift, Hi-loader, TREPELL, TLD, FMC commander Pallet Loader, Ground Power Unit generator( HOBART, HOUCHIN & ADE HML), Belt conveyor, ACU, ASU all Airport ground equipment.
• Perform repair and maintenance on Aerospace Equipments.
• Use safe engineering practices and observed all relevant local safety requirements for the safe and efficient operation of the equipments.
• Ensure that all instructions regarding machinery and equipment operation and maintenance are strictly followed.
• Ensure that the machines are in good working conditions, free of abnormal wear or abuse, equipped with all accessories and safety devices, and check all system functionality for proper operation.
• Read and interpret blue prints and circuit diagrams, to troubleshoot electrical systems to locate and correct malfunctions such as PLC, Hydraulic, mechanical and Pneumatics systems
• Install, replace and renovate electrical system in Airport Ground Equipments
• Identify the problem and list the parts to be replaced, of the equipment or Vehicle to be service or repair.
• Get the Job card from the office for parts ordering and submit it to part warehouse to get the requested parts for particular equipment /vehicle under service or repair
