Job Description:
1. Assess, evaluate, plan and implement Physical Therapy treatment program intended for specific case of Arab
National patients for their comfort, safety and wellness.
2. Facilitate learning of patient's skills and functions essential for optimal functional independence especially for
Cerebral palsy, stroke and other neurological and orthopedic conditions.
3. Direct patients participation in selected activities to restore, reinforce and enhance performance
4. Competent delivery of electrotherapy modalities, teaching patients in the gym exercise program.
5. Provides intervention in accordance with a physician's order and plan of care establishes by the PT manager/supervisor.
6. Assesses the effectiveness of treatment and modify treatment in collaboration with the evaluation of manager/supervisor
7. Implements education, plans and determines additional educational needs of the patient, family or caregiver.
8. Complete documentation using the SOAP format, on each patient treated.
9. Provides for ongoing assessment and analysis of patient response to treatment and adjust the plan of care accordingly
10. Supervises exercise programs and administer various therapeutic techniques.
11. Prescribes and issue patients with walking aids and supportive devices and instruct patients in their use.
12. Conduct therapy activities designed to rehabilitate mentally & physically disabled patients.
13. Support medical professional (Rehabilitation Team) with clinical activities and discussion regarding patient status and progression.
