• Responsible in the initiation, planning, design, execution and commissioning of Smart Home Automation and People Counting Solution projects.
• Worked with consultants and clients to coordinate project system testing, installation and support.
• Responsible for the following projects; Louvre Museum People Counting System, Abudhabi Mall People Counting System, IMDAAD Jebel Ali Smart Office Integration.
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions.
• Responsible in responding the request for technical support from our client’s in People Counting System in either remote support or on-site support.
• Conduct on site survey and prepare People Counting System design, bill of quantity and costing, prepare project plan for proposal/quotation submission. Attend on both business and technical kick off meetings with the client.
• Responsible in executing the implementation of the project. Install People Counting Server, SQL Server and application software’s. Oversees the network cabling, patch panel termination, fluke test and installation of the sensors, sensor calibration, testing and commissioning
• Perform administration and maintenance of Windows Server 2008 R2 File Server, Domain Controller, Active Directory; including Group Policy implementation and the Host Server for Pixel software the main company’s application program.
• Perform administration of company’s SQL 2008 Server for the database host of the Pixel software; carry out daily check of Server Agent and Job Activity Monitor for errors and check if the maintenance plan is working properly according to job maintenance plan set on the server.
• Perform daily administration of Microsoft System Center Data Protection Manager 2010 Server, monitor the recovery data of each clients and servers including the disk space of the storage media.
• Responsible for the administration of the company’s firewall specifically the FORTINET 60C firewall, implement policy for both LAN and Wireless users.
• Install and test new software/hardware and make software/hardware available to appropriate users. Ensure the anti-virus software is installed, kept up to date and working properly on all workstations. Set up and maintain user e-mail accounts, shared hard drives.
• Perform administration and maintenance of Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 and Windows Server 2008 R2; implement firewall using FORTINET 60B firewall and Group policies; anti-spam and anti-virus monitoring and control.
• Install and test new software/hardware and make software/hardware available to appropriate users. Ensure the anti-virus software is installed, kept up to date and working properly on all workstations. Set up and maintain user e-mail accounts, shared hard drives.
• Maintain servers, workstations, network switches, computer rack, power supplies, UPS, computer peripheral equipment, scanners, printers, routers and firewalls; ensure that these are prepared and ready to be use.
• Perform administration of server on Holzher Wood Cutting machines eg. CNC, Beam Saw and Edge Bonding Machines.
• Install and test new software/hardware and make software/hardware available to appropriate users. Ensure the anti-virus software is installed, kept up to date and working properly on all workstations. Set up and maintain user e-mail accounts, shared hard drives
• Maintain servers, workstations, network switches, computer rack, power supplies, UPS, computer peripheral equipment, scanners, printers, routers and projectors; ensure that these are prepared and ready to be use.
• Carry out all level of preventive and corrective maintenance activities, daily routine duties, and technical supports on IT systems in an efficient and timely manner. Follow all appropriate maintenance procedures and instructions and ensure that upon completion of the maintenance task is in compliance with the required requirements. Minimize systems down time and maintain updated backup to enhance the availability and reliability of operations.
