HR & Payroll Officer
Job Responsibilities:
Handling HR Responsibilities like carrying out the Induction of new employees as per guidelines and familiarize them with the company's procedures and practices.
Preparing internal Memos, Circulars and Warnings.
Grievance handling for staff issues.
Preparing Organization Charts for different departments for HR Budget.
Preparing Training Materials for training e.g. Training document, Training attendance and evaluation sheet as per ISO standards.
Preparing HR reports concerning Employee turnover, recruitment and training.
Handles the process of Job Evaluation and Job Analysis, Performance Appraisals, Training programs, HR Budgets and Organizational Structures for all group organizations.
Overall Management of The Payroll and Time and Attendance system which includes staff recruitment, training and performance management. Ensure that all staff understands the current policies, procedures and legislation relating to payroll.
Process and maintain employee leave requests, encashment, loans, salary advances, and air ticket allowances, end of service indemnity, resignations, & terminations.
Compute salary adjustments, annual leaves, deductions, raise, allowances, bonuses, and changes in accruals and costing.
Prepare monthly payroll report for accounts department and HR, costing, MIS reports, monitoring and track expenses against budget & contracts for accuracy and compliance.
Application Setups of HRMS - Flex fields definitions for Job & Position, Work structures and Absence Management,
Recruitment - Receive and process employee requests from different departments and liaise to complete the request through local and international recruitment. Filtering resumes through job portals, screening and selection process for suitability, conducting initial screening interviews both telephonic and personal making hiring recommendations based upon the eligibility criteria provided to meet the requirements of the company. Building effective relationships with key identified personnel in order to identify future recruitment needs, to ensure a pro-active resourcing service. Prepare job offer contracts, job descriptions upon candidate selection and joining.
Involved in the Development and Customization of Various Reports:
Employee Master Reports.
Payroll Reports-Leave balances, leave encashment, leave transactions, Payroll per individual/total employees.
Pay slip Report.
MIS, Costing Report.
Final Settlement (End of Service) Report.

HR Executive
Maintain an efficient and up-to-date confidential personnel database for all employees in Navision software.
Assist in providing day-to-day support of staff files on the Time & Attendance Management system.
Responsible for effective and fast recruitment processes both internally and externally.
