Responsibilities:

Strategy, Media Planning & Deployment

• Leading the E-Commerce and Performance Marketing strategy for Marriott International portfolio: 23 brands at over 260 hotels across Middle East and Africa,
• Running and utilizing consumer market research, customer behavioural analysis to ensure online business and digital media campaigns are geared and optimised towards the right target audiences,
• Managing six figures budgets, driving performance and improving campaigns output by focusing on the right KPIs and installing effective measurement practices,
• Implementing predictive and regression modelling based on data mining and analysis to ensure successful campaigns,
• Deploying effective and cost-efficient broad inspiration, brand campaigns along with deep funnel, always-on, conversion oriented, tactical activations,
• Enabling a holistic view of consumer journey and experience, and running ongoing A/B, MVT testing to improve performance,
• Instilling performance mindset and constant optimization to all media: Broad, targeted inspiration and conversion marketing efforts,
• Effectively managing teams to not only deliver but exceed on set targets.

Project Management and Execution

• Leading end-to-end planning, execution and reporting for all E-Commerce campaigns,
• Managing media planning, channel activation and performance optimization,
• Working with agencies to built robust media plans, drive performance and deliver on SLAs,
• Handling budgets, creative assets delivery, development of respective conversion platforms and retargeting domains.

Data Science, Analysis & Performance Optimization

• Enabling data layer integration, analytics and behavioural analysis tools (heatmapping, session monitoring) to ensure collection of full set data points to determine the necessary place and opportunity for improvement,
• Driving ongoing A/B, MVT end-to-end testing, instilling an ongoing performance optimization,
• Leveraging learning, performance outcomes for continues present and future campaign improvement.

Achievements:

• Built the localized E-Commerce platform for the region emea.marriot.com,
• Conceptualized and activated digital media framework for the region,
• Doubled E-Commerce revenue, driving multi-million dollar profit for the company.
