Project : Umm Lulu Super Complex (ULSC) - ADMA-OPCO
Umm Lulu Super Complex (ULSC-FFD) Production capacity 105 MBD (Million Barrels per Day) comprising of offshore installation, hook up, mechanical completion, preservation, pre-commissioning and commissioning of all facilities associated with the Super Complex as: Riser Topsides Platform ULRP, Gas Treatment Platform ULGTP, Separation Platform ULSP, Utilities Platform ULUTP, Accommodation Platform ULAP, Flare Platforms ULFL and 8 No’s WHT, Water Disposal Platform ULWDP and Bridges and intermediate support structures, . (Yokogawa DCS /ESD/F&G & Fieldbus Foundation, MOV Control System BIFFI)
• Project scope covers Providing Engineering Support of Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), Integrated FAT (IFAT) and Site execution Work, Site Acceptance Test (SAT), Site Integration Test (SIT), Commissioning and Start-Up for Offshore Umm Lulu Super Complex (ULSC), Prepare and review of Data population for Mechanical completion, Pre-commissioning and Commissioning completion scope of work.

Project : Yanbu Aramco Sinopec Refining Company
YASREF - YANBU ARAMCO SINOPEC Refining Company is a joint venture with SAUDI ARAMCO and SINOPEC Company. YASREF is a full-conversion world class refinery that will be built to manage 400, 000 barrels per day. It is located in Yanbu Industrial City along the Red Sea, on the west coast of KSA.
SARORP: The Project entails the development of 400, 000 barrels per day (bpd) refining and petrochemical complex (the “Refinery”) located in the Jubail Industrial City on the east coast of the KSA, The refinery will be the 7th most complex refiner in the world.
• Project scope covers commissioning of 02 numbers of Fire water Tanks, Fire Water Pumps, Oily Sewer System, Clean Sewer System, Effluent Water Treatment System, Sulfur Storage & Loadings, PCS Invensys Foxboro, Triconex ESD/F&G, HVAC, FM200, and MMS.
The major project of Dolphin Energy is the Dolphin Gas Project, The gas will be processed at Gas Processing Plant in Qatar's Ras Laffan Industrial City and then transported to the refined methane by sub-sea export pipeline from Qatar to Dolphin's Gas Receiving Facilities at Taweelah in Abu Dhabi.
• Project scope covers construction & commissioning of 03 numbers of Condensate Storage Tanks, Instrument Air Compressors, Fire Water & Foam Pumps, Deluge Valves, Condensate Loading/Booster Pumps, Hydraulic Power Units, Fiscal Flow Metering skids, HVAC, Emergency Diesel Generator, FM200, Integrated Control & Safety System-ICSS (Honeywell DCS & Invensys Triconex PSS/ESD/F&G).
Project scope covers construction & commissioning of 03 numbers of Damping Grate Boiler, Instrument Air Compressors, MCC panel, Control Valves, Transmitters, RTDs, Thermocouples, Power cylinder, ON/OFF Valves, Level Gauges, MOV, Testing and commissioning of boiler feed pump (BFP) controlled by variable frequency drive (VFD - ABB) 250KW LT motors etc
As an Instrumentation Supervisor for short period on Behalf of M/s. Oil and natural gas corporation ltd (ONGC). For Instrument Installation, Calibration, Testing and Loop Checking etc.
