• Responsible for the achievement of business from new customer acquisition, business from existing customers & revenue targets for the assigned accounts for Tamilnadu State.
• Responsible for developing opportunities with business potential, current status, key steps to take it forward and risk mitigation.
• Responsible for providing inputs on terms and conditions pertaining to pricing & take stock of risk of actual and contingent liabilities.
• Responsible to increase revenues from the companies thro’ cross-selling, up-selling of the available telecom space and creation of new space.
• Responsible for giving end-to-end solutions for customers on the selling of telecom space thereby increasing the revenue.
• Responsible for creating and co-ordinating the necessary infrastructure within the provided timelines by driving various cross functions within the circle.
• Responsible for overall customer satisfaction and maintaining a good customer relationship with all the functions of the organization.

• Have been part of interview panels. Position reports to the Regional Sales Manager / Circle Head.
• Responsible for the achievement of the customer acquisition & revenue targets of 30 million per annum for the assigned verticals in Enterprise set of Key Accounts in ITES Vertical
• Responsible to increase revenues from the companies thro’ cross-selling, up-selling & churn of various telecom products on Data, Voice, Mobile & Value Added Services.
• Responsible for giving end-to-end solutions for customers on all telecom products thereby increasing the revenue.
• Position Reports to the Vertical Head, TN.
• Had worked as a hunter as well as a farmer for the given vertical & had successfully provided results.
• Responsible for the achievement of the customer acquisition & revenue targets for the assigned territory.
• Supervise a team of Sales Associates and allocate sales targets to them.
• Ensure the timely collection of the payments and adherence to the payment collection / Outstanding systems and procedures as per company policies.
• To keep track of telecommunication infrastructure, customer locations, thereby identifying potential areas and extending the network to them.
• Managing a team of 15 agents & Generate Sales thro’ them for Reliance India Mobiles.
• Handling a list of key accounts for sales of Reliance India Mobile and Broadband offerings.
• Managing collection from the accounts assigned.
