Management of Inventory Operations & Staffs’
• Responsibility of managing all warehouses of Talalia Holding Group and its stock (warehouses & showrooms)
• Directed all warehouse operations including receiving, inspection, , invoice approval, quality control, delivery, and dispatch.
• Responsible for planning, directing and controlling of all warehouses and its responsible in charges
• Seated at Central head office and monitoring all warehouses activities such as
1.Planning
2.Recruiting warehouse employees
3.Organizing & Controlling
4.Making sure that each P.O is delivered on time
5.Responsibility of handling delivery vehicles and its drivers

• Coordinating with Finance & HR department
• Routine visits to all warehouses
• Evaluation of warehouse in charges and their performance
• Clearance of logistics with company agent
• Proper follow up with Logistics agent and their payment
• Routine reporting to company CEO & Vice CEO
• Established positive relationships with more than 50 vendors and distributors to ensure that best freight partners are being used and source additional partners or replace those deemed not effective.
