OPERATION & MAINTENANCE
Preparing the PTW with ECLIPSE II Software.Familier with Risk Assessment and PTW Procedure.
Conduct the proper PTSI meeting for the particular Task.
Doing the necessary Isolation and De-isolation. working as an “IA” Authorized person for(EIC) Isolation & De-isolation to control the “LOTO” Log Out & Tag Out.
Working with Computerised maintenance management system(CMMS)
Knowledge of single line diagram, schematic diagram, interconnection diagram.
PM of HT< Transformers, MV & LV Switchgear, M.V, L.V.Motor, Lighting systems, MDBs, SMDBs, DBs, power heater and heat tracing system of process, Earthing System
Responsible for conducting skilled troubleshooting, repair and preventative maintenance work, on site or in workshop, on a range of electrical equipment and systems, including motor starters, variable speed controllers, power distribution transformers, conductors, switch gear, MCC, uninterruptible power supply (UPS) units, battery systems etc. Operate electrical system, Diagnose faults, carries out repairs on site and undertakes workshop testing, overhaul and repair.
Repair and maintain electrical equipment, systems and components. Trouble-shoots problems, dismantles, test, replaces and repairs various electrical and instrumentation equipment to agreed specifications. Carry out major repairs as directed and participates in preventive and routine maintenance.
Carry out all types of electrical maintenance activities (Corrective, Preventive and Predictive) during normal or emergency cases in the assigned Area in order to prevent unscheduled breakdown
Preparing the PTW with ECLIPSE II Software. Familier with Risk Assessment and PTW Procedure. Initiate cold/hot work permits and complimentary permits for works to be performed.
Ensures that Electrical safety procedures are strictly adhered to during maintenance and repair work, and inspect to ensure that all completed work conforms to statutory and company standards.
Conduct Tool box Meeting and the proper PTSI meeting for the each particular Task.

Implements tag-out lock-out (Isolation and De-isolation) procedures during routine maintenance and repair. working as an “IA” Authorized person for(EIC) Isolation & De-isolation to control the “LOTO” Log Out & Tag Out.
Executive the PM of HT< Transformers, MV & LV Switchgear, M.V, L.V.Motor, Lighting systems, MDBs, SMDBs, DBs, power heater and heat tracing system of process, Earthing System.
Conducting the Required Electrical testing as follows Insulation Resistance test, oil BDV test, Power Analysis and Earth Resistance.
Preparing Breakdown Maintenance Report Material Consumption Report.
Handling of various types of test equipments.
Working with Computerised maintenance management system(CMMS)
Ability to work effectively within team of operations and maintenance and work with multinational workforce.
Preparing and Review of maintenance Procedure and Documents for Plant Equipments. Assist in the development of preventive and routine maintenance, recommending changes of modifications to procedures.
Description Of Duties :
Supervision And Monitoring Of Subcontractor Site Work Were Executed As Per Company Standard with Quality Policy And Safety
Conducting Inspection Together With QA/QC Inspector&Company personnel.
Coordinating and Monitoring the test executed as per check list for Pre-commissioning by Vender and Subcontractor \[IR test & HI-POT, Ductor test, Secondary injection\] for electrical Equipment like Cable, motor, MCCs, Switchgear, Transformers & Relays.
Working with Project Completion software (WINPCS) and monitoring status of Completions.
Coordinate with vender, sub-contractor and client for successful PreComm. activities.
Perform lock out / tag out procedures where system have been completed and energized before commissioning.
Conduct Final Walk through of all Electrical installation Such as MV & LV Transformers 11kv/34.5kv, 6.6kv/.4kv, MV, LV, MCC Circuit Breaker,
Initiate Permit to Work System and ensure high regard for safety in the workplace at all times during pre-commissioning and commissioning phase
Preparing the testing Reports, document &records
Description Of Duties :
Supervise construction contractors during the execution of construction activities at the construction site
Checks and ensures that all construction work is completed in accordance with approved standards consistent with contract specifications. Ensures that the quality of material used in construction, and quality of all equipment installed is in accordance with project specifications
Monitor the activities of assigned contractors and ensure compliance with project standard, workmanship quality and comply with safety procedures and requirements.
Conduct internal inspection together with subcontractor QA/QC inspector

Testing of MV/LV cable, motor, panels, Utility Power Socket, as per Control document.
Checking the cable glanding &Termination in MCCs, Panels and field motors as per approved typical Diagram, Schedule & connection diagram.
Check the lighting and LTG panel installation and conduct the illumination test as per specification.
Inspection and Testing the grounding system installation (Earth grid & Earthing rod) and earthing of motors, MCCs, Vessel’s Static Earthing.
Monitoring and coordinating for the clearing of Punch item raised by Company.
