Study the tender document and prepare the RFI’s if required for the client/consultant’s clarifications.
Cost Estimation Duties using CCS - Candy and preparation of project cost for bids.
Preparation of Preliminaries & General Items cost, based on project requirements, drawings and site conditions.
Evaluate and compare the sub- contractor’s quotations based on drawings, specifications, etc.
Coordinate with sub - contractors for final Negotiations, etc.
Conducting Tender review for General Manager prior to Submission.
Preparation of Tender Qualifications/ Basis of offer.
Preparation of post Tender clarification as per the client’s requirement.
Preparation of Project budget for the awarded Tenders.
Project Cost monitoring, controlling & reporting.
Cost Estimation Duties using CCS CANDY Estimation software for the submission of Bids (Civil Works) Cost Preparation for the project Preliminaries for the submission of Bids. Coordinating with Sub contractor in getting Quotation for specialized works for the Bid Submission. Preparation of Tender Queries, Request to Tender extension etc. and submit to Consultant/Client Preparation of Technical submission documents for bid submission. Preparation of Interim Payment Applications. Certification of Subcontractor’s Payment applications. Identify the changes between Tender and IFC Drawings, Specifications and Preparation of Variations / Cost Implications and follow-up with Consultant & client for the approvals. Coordination with Client, Consultant and Sub-contractors for the project commercial issues. Preparation of rate analysis for the variations.
Preparation of Interim Payment Applications.
Certification of Sub - Contractor’s Payments.
Preparation of construction material request as per the work plan.
Preparation of weekly and monthly progress report.
Rate Analysis to Extra works and variations.
Preparation of Bills of Quantities for Extra works.
Project coordination with project staff.
Coordinate with Consultant & Stake holders during the preparation of Tender documents and arrange to float the tender on time as per the scheduled plan.
Arrange the Pre-bid meetings, collect the tender queries and coordinate with consultant to their reply as soon as possible.
Work together with consultant to evaluate the tenderer’s quotes and submit to HCI tender board for their final decision and approvals.
Providing advice on contractual claims.
Valuing completed works and arranging payments.
Maintaining awareness of the different building contracts in current use.
Analyzing outcomes and writing detailed progress report
