Responsible for leading & delivering key projects & initiatives to our client - PayPal in the digital payments system as part of Financial & Analytical Data Services (FADS) unit, rolling out the adoption and implementation of agile methods with our remote development team in Chennai, India and within our San Jose, US headquarters. Focus on application of agile framework, methods & tools, improving quality & delivery, coaching & mentoring teams.
•Resolve team level impediments, manage risk, dependencies and drive continuous improvement throughout the delivery teams and life cycle. Work as part of an interdisciplinary team to achieve project milestones. Delivering and implementing the project needs as per scheduled deadlines.
•Exposed the new & Existing Projects to modern engineering practices like Unit Test-Driven Development, Behavioral Test-Driven Development, Continuous Integration and Continuous Development.
•Lead project-based Initiatives for enhancements in the PayPal products, supporting business teams for better data analysis & data Engineering services.
•Collaborate with development, analysing backlogs, Performing Scrum ceremonies, interacting with cross-functional teams, resolving conflicts & leading the team towards Sprint & Product goals for business results.
•Moved between agile and waterfall approaches depending on project specifics and client goals, creating detailed project road maps, plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures. Developed status reports & Dashboards, Cap Credit & SOX-Audit reports, billing and invoicing for contingent work forces and resources.
