Key Learnings:

This project was based on the market research and customer dealing. I studied many types of funds, schemes, return rates and investment plans & how to operate with different clients, the main activity was to reopen the dead clients and offer them new SIP plans.

I tried the tools and techniques of client acquisition and brand promotion to identify the current needs of the company in the market including the past performance records of the company and also learned the internal aspects of the company.
