Was working with Genpact as a Process Developer handling all Inpatient or Outpatient Claims and adjudicate them and review them to make the payments. Review the medical reports and take the decision as per Policy terms and conditions whether to pay the services provided or not.
Was working in Dubai as an Senior Claims Benefit Specialist for almost 3 years and was responsible for reviewing all Inpatient or Outpatient Claims and make the decision to pay it or deny the particular service as per member's plan. Also, processed e-claims which comes from the providers, healthcare facilities, hospitals or many pharmacies.
Daily reports the cash position to the management about all incoming and outgoing transactions.Responsible for maintaining Day to Day Cash Book, Ledger Postings and other books of accounts. Also, disbursement of Salaries, Bonus & other Petty Cash expenses to the employees. Also, make the entries of Challans for Fabric Purchase, Packing Material etc.
