Plan and achieve margins to achieve bottom line.
Develops and executes sales strategy to achieve agreed KPIs and sales targets
Leads the sales forecasting, planning, budgeting process and target setting by analysing historical data, monitoring current performance and market conditions while coordinating with the Finance department to ensure targets are in line with the set budgets
Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement and works to ensure all sales objectives are assigned in a timely fashion
Recruit, manage and develop a team of efficient managers through ongoing performance management and measurement of agreed KPI metrics
Analysis of key performance indicators and taking corrective actions.
Support and manage the training needs and design programs for the sales and operations departments along with the HR department
Maintaining a pivotal role in the development and administration of sales incentive plans in various regions to ensure right sales behaviours and engagement of the team
Drive the Associate Engagement program by leading impact plan meetings, developing action plans and designing monetary and non-monetary initiatives to bolster engagement.
Ensure prevalence of high degree of hygiene, staff grooming, customer satisfaction and VM standards in the given stores.
Develop system to control pilferage / shoplifting and ensure adherence with the same.
Maintain optimum stock level in all departments.
Increasing the departments sales revenue by improving retailer engagement and maximizing profit margins.
Managing the performance of individual lead Managers, Shop Managers and store employees.
Creating best practice manuals as guides for all Store Managers and if necessary explaining what’s in them.
Ensuring that retail shops operating in the designated area achieve set income, profit and customer service targets.
Making sure that staff performance issues are addressed and resolved in an appropriate and timely manner.
Making sure that team leaders & company employees have all the tools they need to get their jobs done properly.
Manpower controlling and recruitment.
Forecasting & Budgeting.
Business development strategies and planning
Identification of potential locations and negotiation with real-estate
Conducting feasibility study for the new locations and proposing new opportunities based on the feasibility
Gather, analyse and distil data on consumers and competitors into intelligence that informs/enables new business development.
Ensure the team is consistently trained, developed and motivated in order to ensure continuity, versatility and effectiveness.
Working Along with CFO in the preparation of Annual Budget, Quarterly Forecast and Long Term Strategic Plan.
Conducting Feasibility, sensitivity etc for new projects and existing projects
Recruit and manage training and development of sales staffs to effectively and efficiently implement the sell-in mentality.
