Team Leader/Process Manager for a team of 20 senior officers & Officers in Transaction Processes(Retail Operations).Majaor Responsibilites:-
Ø Compliance of Activities with the set Process on a daily basis as per the SOX template by sample checking.
Ø Tracking of deviation of process compared to documented process.
Ø Interacting with Regional Process Manager, Location Head, Regional Head, Process Head, and Chief Process Facilitator for carrying out process improvements/ achieving operations excellence.
Ø Coming out with the nonvalue added activities in the Process thereby eliminating the wastes in the process. Nominated as the Regional coordinator-Transaction Team for this Project which has been named as “WAR ON WASTE.”
Ø Motivating process operator to give new ideas which can be patented among country wide network. Was nominated as the single point of contact for idea originations and screening them at local level.
Ø Preparing Dashboard data on Productivity of Employees on a daily basis.
Ø Tracking 19 MOP (Measures of Performances) of each process on a day to day basis.
Ø Daily monitoring of the Accounts payables tracker, beyond TAT(Turn around Time) cases and performing an RCA(Root cause Analysis) on case to case basis to achieve Operations excellence in the process.
Ø Auditing of processes on a daily basis vis a vis the Control Evaluation Templates(SOX template) to come out with the internal control failures / control exceptions to carry out a RCA and ensuring that the processes are carried out in consonance with the set defined procedures.
Ø Job Allocation, Crisis Management
Ø Training to new joinees about Transaction Process.
Ø Interaction with branches across country related to process & customer issues.
Ø Thorough Knowledge on Accounts Payables Process and Taxation Processes.
Ø Knowledge of banking operations like Inward clearing, Outward clearing, ECS, EFT
CMS, Account opening activites etc.
Ø Knowledge of Assets Processing(loans & Disbursement)
Engineer in charge of Production Planning and Material Planning and responsibility included
Ø Co-ordination with sales dept / branch offices / dealers / project dept / factory / customers regarding the order received
Ø Material planning
Ø Progress of job
Ø Delivery schedule.
Ø To ensure timely dispatch of units & inter-related logistics.
Ø Releasing purchase orders to meet the inventory
Ø Follow-up for the materials
Ø Negotiation for prices
Ø Vendor development
Ø Processing the bills & follow-up with accounts department to ensure timely payment to the suppliers
Had undergone training in the piping division of F.E.D.O (FACT Engineering Design Organization) & also in the maintenance division of SO2 plant
