Key Responsibilities: * Schedule, install machineries on new vessels for production
* Studying technical as well as vessel construction drawing for production
* Installation and commissioning of radio and navigation equipments, Dynamic Positioning System, Autotelephone system, Public Address system, Gyrocompass system, RCMS (Reefer Container Monitoring System), FDA system (Fire Detection and Alarm) and GSP (Group Starter Panel)
* Ship machinery maintenance of radars, RCMS, GSP's, Autotelephone etc
* Liaising with Quality Assurance Department as well as Class agencies like DNV, Service Engineer and Owner's Representatives for acceptance of erection and installation
* Reporting and update senior management

Design, erection and commissioning of new MCC’s for production
Installation and commissioning of pneumatic conveying system
Maintenance of DG sets, starter panels of motors, capacitor banks etc.

Maintenance and troubleshooting of various substation equipments like VCB, CT, PT, Isolator, SF6 CB etc
Maintenance of Battery banks, switch gears and transformers.
Maintenance of records and stocks etc

Study about manufacturing process at HLL
Inspection of incoming Electrical goods for the correct voltage and current ratings
Maintenance of records and stocks etc
