Issue approved consolidated budgets for executive management and individual departmental budgets for respective budget holders.
Supervise the preparation of budgets, financial projections, and ad hoc management information. Perform detailed review of all budget versions and instruct any required amendments.
Prepare monthly budget performance reports including summary reports for executive management and detailed reports for budget holders.
Budget Monitoring and Control on a daily basis.
Preparation of Cheque as per aging Report.
Monitoring the manpower additions and staff movements on a monthly basis.
Budget vs. GL - Actual and Variance.
Capitalization of Fixed Assets.
Approval of Purchase Orders.
Year End Inventory finalization - Actual Stock with Books.
Responsible for managing one of the largest Regions (in terms of Assets under Management) in the Country & increasing the market share of Reliance Mutual Fund.
Relationship Management across the spectrum of Pvt. Wealth Management/Banks/Independent Consultants/Corporate Distributors.
Actively involved in advising Treasury teams of large corporate’s and update them on the developments on Fixed income segment share the views of Fund Management team.
