like Blot joint integrity, on site machining, process and pipeline services, Mechanical Connector Installation,
Bolt load Measurement, Leak Sealing and Heat Treatment, and most experienced teams in the business.
Hydratight is the world’s only ASME PCC-1 2013 qualifying organization, able to qualify technicians in
accordance to ASME standards.
Following are my Job Responsibilities but not limited to:
* Tender Evaluation and Site visit for New projects
* Expedite the Technical Bid for the new projects
* Attend Kick-off meeting for the new projects
* Co-ordinate with the Project's Engineering, Procurement and Construction team to meet Project's
requirements.
* Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans, conferring with management.
* Conduct Site visit with engineering subcontractors.
* Review of all the Project Engineering Deliverable i.e. Specifications, Procedures, Data Sheets, Material
Requisitions, P&IDs and Isometrics
* Determining project specification by studying product design, client requirements and performance
standards completing technical studies, preparing cost estimates.
* Verification of drawings as per site actual calculations.
* Anticipate the risk related to Engineering, Procurement, Quality and Safety issues.
* Develop JSA/Task Risk Assessment before every jobs commencement on site
* Determine project responsibilities by identifying projects phases and elements, assigning personnel to
phases and elements.
* Determine project schedule by studying project plan and specifications, calculating time requirements,
sequencing project elements.
* Controls projects plan by reviewing design, specifications and plan and schedule changes,
recommending actions.
* Controls Project costs by approving expenditure.
* Prepares projects status reports by collecting, analysing and summarising information and trends,
recommending actions.
* Site Progress Efficiency and Man Hours analysis and supervision to best utilize available resources.
* Maintain safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules and regulations.
* Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed
* Conduct Training session for site management and supervision staff
