•Job Description:
•Involved in Hot Strip Mill # 2 of Capacity 3.5 MPTA project in Erection and commissioning of the mill area for 3 months thereafter was transferred to roll shop area for assembly of the new bearings in the chocks and the assembly of the chock on the work rolls, erection and commissioning of Pomini grinding machines.
•Then I worked as a grinding operator, Grinding of Back up rolls(ϕ1550mm-1400mm), RM work rolls(ϕ1200mm-1100mm), FM work rolls(ϕ825mm-ϕ735mm), unit rolls(ϕ920mm-ϕ906mm) and pinch rolls(ϕ520-ϕ506). Thereafter I became a shift in charge. As a shift in charge my duty was to supervise the grinding of the rolls according to the profile given by the mill in charge, Personally attending the problems or breakdowns in the Pomini grinding machines.
•Sending the rolls to mill in proper time without any mill delays, sending the roll dia through the software RSMS. Assembling and disassembling of the work rolls depending upon the diameter and the mill pass line. Assembling and disassembling of the Back Up rolls, pinch rolls and unit rolls. Overhauling of the bearings.
•Hane able to do job like turning, boring, drilling, A well known of experience to operate generate machine tools like Centre Lathe, Pillar Drill Radial Arm, Milling machine and horizontal boring machine

• Job Description:
• Preparation of Purchase order based on Purchase requisitions from users.
•Negotiation with suppliers and placing orders at the lowest price without compromising on the product quality
•Preparation of GRN (Goods Receipt Note) for the incoming materials.
•Managing the storage, distribution and logistics functions effectively for the finished goods& Maintaining Minimum & Maximum quantities.
•Prepare Purchase Requisition.
•Arranging Transport for all inward & outward Material either by road on part & full truck load basis. Negotiating with transporting for rates & timely delivery.
•Receiving and checking of the Incoming material, placing them at the proper location after keeping a TAG. Posting in bin card.
•Receiving & issue of raw materials, through Orion system
•Offering incoming material to QA/QC and monitor the accepted/rejected items
•Monthly self auditing for the stock items
•Uploading required document to accounts for supplier payments
•Packing slip preparation
