Project Description: The company has various tie-ups local industry and takes in the various projects on system designs.
Nature of Job: • Analyzing the 2D design in the work sheet and data for the design process.
• Conversion of 2D design into 3D model using Pro-E Wildfire 3.0, the created 3Dmodel is then cross checked with the customer's specification.
• Creating bill of materials for the created 3D model.
• A Step file is created for the 3D model and sent to the customer on request and later the step file will be sent to the CNC programmer's for programming.
• All the data sheets, printouts calculation which are made by manual and calculations made in XL sheet and printouts of individual part drawing and assembly drawing with bill of materials etc will be filed for later reference.
• Scheduled, Design and maintain output for all the projects and must be delivered before the deadline.

ACHIEVEMENTS
• Published an international journal in "Application of VIKOR for Multi-Criteria Group Decision of Knowledge Communities" at Sixth international conference which was held in National Institute of Technology (NIT), Trichy.
• Won first prize in "How stuff works" in Impulse 2009 by Anna University, Coimbatore.
