WORK SUMMARY
• Preparation of daily progress report and weekly progress report of installations for tracking the pending
installations and their respective installation inspection.
• Responsible for QA/QC documents of the complete project including certificates of calibration, test result.
inpection results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, material
delivered/used etc.
• Preparation of method statement(MS), Inspection Test Plans(ITP), Checklist, IRE’S and MIR’S.
• Preparation of civil obstruction reports for the pending installations on site.
• Raising NCR’S for materials and installation that doesn’t follow quality standards.
• Review on construction details, product data, material samples, inspection plans, method statement,
delivery schedules to conform compliance with the requirements of the project.
