Role involved answering telephones from clients experiencing difficulties in setting up and/or using their internet.
Involved troubleshooting customers problems and answering any other general enquiries.
Had to troubleshoot the settings of the Internet connection (Browser), setup Wireless Broadband.
Logged each call accurately using the in-house database to ensure that quality standards are met.
This job helped me gain good knowledge of ADSL broadband and expertise in configuring Outlook and Outlook
Express.
Gained good knowledge of all aspects of ADSL Broadband.
Developed my abilities as a Network Engineer, Computer Hardware Engineer and team player, and helped me
to acquire a friendly helpful telephone manner essential for any customer service/sales job.

Involved Installation and Configuration of all Windows Operating Systems, Computer Assembling,
Troubleshooting and Repairing, All kinds of software installation.
Also involved installing wireless broadband, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, managing Active Directory services,
configuring Outlook Express, remove viruses and other harmful materials from the systems.

N+ Course included Introduction to LAN Technologies, Introduction to W-LAN Technologies and Introduction to
WAN Technologies.
