• Scheduling and execution of periodic service maintenance of awarded Annual Maintenance Contracts.
• Monitoring of complaints and break downs of MEP systems.
• Attending site visits for MEP requirements, modifications, and preparation of drawings, budget estimation and submittal of proposals.
• Performing electrical load calculation, heat load calculation for new projects and preparation of proposals.
• Installation of electrical controls, Hvac units and Fire alarm systems.
• Preparation of electrical, Hvac, sprinklers and pipes products sample.
• Execution of Electrical, Plumping, Hvac and Fire Fighting works for outlets in various malls.
• Submission of drawings to consultants and civil defense for approval.
• Preparation of drawings and executions of projects.
• Dealing with clients and consultants for their requirements and modification.
• Planning of labor requirement equipments according to the projects

• Day to day review of the jobs to be done and which is done as per the previous schedule by project, design, planning & sales Engineers and to provide technical support to the entire Engineers of the Department.
• To attend regular / site technical meetings with consultants, Architects & Client for project clarification, finalization, review & handover.
• Co-ordination with project, design & Sales Engineers to ensure that the drawing’s quotes and material requirements made are as per site conditions & client requirements.
• Planning of material and labor requirement according to the projects.
• Preparation of drawings as per the changes suggested by the clients and consultants in an on-going project.
• Regular Inspection of Fire pipelines, HVAC ducts, Electrical cabling and drains
