Key Responsibilities:
• Preparing Pre-Shipment and Post-Shipment documents Export Documentation such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Self Declaration Form, Annexure A, Appendix III
• Preparing Shipping Instruction sheets contains details to be mentioned in AWB along with the parcels and send the documents to CHA
• After sending all the exports documents and parcels request for the tracking number from the forwarder.
• Coordinating with the CHA for Export parcels clearance, Monitoring of the shipments to ensure the compliance of regulations.
• Forward same tracking number to HO and to the party for easy tracking of the shipment.
• Receive post Export Documents from CHA next day of the shipment.
• Prepare Insurance certificate after receiving the documents, Insurance certificate consist of MAWB number, HAWB number, Tacking number, and all the details of invoices for the particular shipment.
• Prepare set of Documents for post export shipment and send to concern department.
• Remove EBRC online through DGFT sites and keep the records for reference.
• Search for possibilities to reduce taxes, cost reduction & ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness for the imports and exports shipment.
• Assessment of new marketing and sales opportunities as well as presentation of those estimations to the respective managements
• Lead the CHA’s and Freight forwarders for finalization of annual rate contracts along with Error free custom documentation.
• Providing market and product related information as and when required, working/communicating with subordinates to facilitate the generation of new business.
• Researching and analyzing market studies to identify competitors, reviewing market trends and consumer feedback to develop effective marketing strategies to counteract potential business threats

• Monitoring of RG I Register (Daily Stock Accounts) along with Monitoring of RG-23A-II for Cenvat credit taken (Input & Capital Goods). Overall checking of all Cenvat Invoices by Excise angle & Cenvat Credit (Input/Capital) on system.
• Overall responsibilities of Central Excise & Customs & Service Tax related of Export Oriental Unit, Export procedures Bond, LUT. Handling complete procedure of Job-Work Annexure-II, Register-V, Sub-Challan with Batch of materials.
• Online Submission of Excise Return ER 1 and Submission of Service Tax Return
• Looking after Export Documentation & Banking for Foreign Transaction. Send proforma invoice to the party as per the order received for the payment. Looking for container Stuffing Examination & verification.
• Procure materials needed for efficient movement of goods inside and outside warehouse.
• Preparing Export Documentation such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Self Declaration Form, ARE-1 (Application for Removal of Excisable Goods). Maintaining records of every shipment. & all other documents required by CHA.
• Co-ordinating with CHA & Central Excise for clearance of export documents. Sending documents to the consignee to clear the export goods.
• Sending document for Proof of Export to Excise Office along with submitting BRC’s at excise department after receiving export payment
• Maintain Statutory records such as Daily Receipt & Issue Register, Capital Goods Register, Job Register, MOT (Merchant Over Time) Register, PLA Register, Cenvat Register, RG-23A (Part II) Register, ER-1 Return and Miscellaneous permission from Central Excise.
• To collect Export related documents Bill of Lading, Shipping Bill, EP Copy custom endorse Invoice and Packing List from
CHA & submit to Excise Range as Proof of Export within 180 days
