Coordinating and conducting Safety Training and help raise employee awareness on all HSE related issues
Keeping update on Company’s Health and Safety policies and procedures, work method statement, risk assessment, accident investigation and prevention, waste management disposal and health initiatives
Concerning to register in Mutual Aid Scheme with other large scale and small scale units / Industries.
Logging all Safety violation and report to HSE Manager and relevant department
Coordinate and follow up in all matters related to HSE such as a OFC during company license renewal, work permit systems etc
Good Housekeeping in all time and readiness of work site for emergencies by planning and preparing for the same
Updating HSE statistics and displayed at site location and office
Ensure safe working procedures compliance to PPE safety survive occupation health standard environment awareness to employees
Arrange safety training for all levels of employees.
Ensure all equipment vehicles are in accordance with recognized safety standards
Ensure daily site safety log book maintained
Maintaining all records of fire and system and related activities
Safety shower inspection and maintenance
Using of Smoke and gas detectors
Deluge system inspection and maintenance
