Key Responsible Area in Shree Geeta Transport :-
•Responsible for day to day Load enquiry from clients.
•Ensure scheduled maintenance and Vehicles checklist is completed.
•Provide operational support for transportation and storage.
•Ensured the right consignment is stocked up in right vehicles and is sent to the right client.
•Assured goods are well packaged and are able to sustain the transit process.
•Responsible for managing Dispatchers and inspecting their daily report.
•Coordinate with clients and schedule vehicles and drivers according to their preferences.
•Informed drivers about harsh weather conditions and road blocks or highway jams on route.
•Interview drivers and perform background check to avoid any future possible risks for the company.
•Receive daily updates from drivers on status of delivery of consignment and inform clients about the tentative date and time of delivery of goods.
•Liaise with drivers and ensure they have driving license, vehicle registration documents and are provided with requisite permission form.
•Prepare a transit route map using the shortest distance and get it approved; explain the route map to the drivers and answer their doubts.

Key Responsible area in Aims Int’l co. Ltd:-
•Responsible for Heavy road Transport and Equipment’s Facilitation to the client on rental basis in Oil & Gas Rig field viz. DHL- EXEL, BAKER HUGHES and SAUDI ARAMCO.
•Monitoring fleet’s movement to ensure timed Dispatch and delivery with safety and security of Material as well company assets by tracking through IVMS.
•Ensure Fleet ID’s and ARAMCO fitness certificate are updated.
•Ensure that all Equipment’s, Trailers and Drivers are in well working condition.
•Waybill generation, Tracking of Waybill, Closing of Waybill in SAP system.
•Forward planning, prioritization of assignment and forecasting of future arrival and departures along with updating SAP system.
•Allocating drivers assignments and taking corrective action if required.
•Establish well Co-ordination with Workshop, Warehouse, and fleet Yard team.
•Monitoring fuel consumption and responsible for Administrative function.
•Preparing day to day Odometer report by cross checking with IVMS report.
•Keeps equipment operating by enforcing operating instructions Troubleshooting Breakdown, preventive maintenance, calling for on road fleet repairs.
•Holding daily toolbox meeting with Transport staff and reporting real time basis.
•Scheduling driver vacation on rotational basis. As per management instruction.
•Being Actionable on special requirements of customers.
•Responsible for monthly Invoicing for rental Vehicles and Equipment’s
•Supervising of movement, storage and control of client’s Inventory by conducting Daily physical counts; reconciling variances; also inputting data in the system.
•Moves inventory as per scheduled date and time. And take care of carrying proper fit material with dimension and vehicle capacity.
•Maintain HSE Safety standard, implementation and compliance reporting.
