• Provide assistance to technicians and contractors of the plant.
• Prepare monthly reports of maintenance department.
• Dealing with suppliers for the requirements of the plant.
• Making purchase requtions for maintenance department.
• Making schedules for quarterly and annual maintenance of the plants.
• Fulfills trouble shooting and preventive maintenance of LVD Punch Press and Bending machines
• Handle routine deviations from established procedures and reporting exception deviations to the Plant Manager.
• Supervision and handling of technicians team according to shifts.
• Prepare weekly and monthly breakdown reports
• Lead and supervise maintenance in trouble shooting utility services, Air compressor, HVAC system, all electrical appliances.
• Total productive and predictive maintenance, recognized and special project modification, improvement, mechanization, automation.
• Maintain all electrical utilities, machines, and tools.
• Maintenance of all communication facilities.
• Maintain daily log conditions during shift including troubles

• Installation and Commissioning of LVD Omega 1500 Punch Press (Fanuc 180i PA Control) Machine.
• Installation and Commissioning of SALVAGNINI ITALIA S4XE Punch Press Machine.
• Installation and Commissioning of SALVAGNINI ITALIA P4 Bending Machine.
• Restart and reinstall the painting plant with powder coating unit.
• Install the new powder coating booth for painting plant with 6 no’s automatic spraying gun with 2 no’s manual gun as well.
• Automation in packaging line (Rejection damage).
• Fabricate and install small scale waste water treatments plant for Galvanizing and Electroplating sec.
