• Reviewing Design Drawings, Sub-contractor’s Shop drawings, Material submittals, Inspection Plans, Method of Statement, Material Delivery schedules to conform compliance with the requirements of project.
• Attends regular meetings with Client, Consultant, Sub Cons & prepare Minutes of Meeting
• Coordination, Planning, Estimation, Supervision, Installation and T&C of MEP system.
• Planning and determining resources to evaluate and estimate the team capabilities.
• Organizing, motivating and assign tasks to the team for smooth operations.
• Controlling time management to meet the realistic deadlines.
• Analyzing and managing project risk in early stage to minimize uncertainty.
• Planning, scheduling, coordinating, and executing the MEP works.
• Generally Responsible for implementation of all electrical works at site.
• Ensuring applicable codes, standards and specifications are followed properly throughout the project.
• Interact daily with the clients/consultants to interpret their needs and requirements.
• Perform overall quality control of the work and report regularly on project status.
• Testing and commissioning of panels
• Coordinate with design team to review the prepared documents and submittals as per the project/client requirements.
• Ensure Electrical works are carried out as per approved shop drawing and within the time frame and progress of the approved construction program.
• Preparation of material submittals method statements, inspection requests.
• Ensure all Construction (IFC) drawings, shop drawings, material submittals are with as project specification and complying local regulation such as QCS, Kahramaa, etc.,
• Liaise with the consultant/client/ QA/QC / Sub Contractors.
• Ensuring that all test reports are verified to meet the contract requirements.
