Used to make cold calls to customers who tried applying for loans such as Personal, Educational, Mortgage, Refinance, etc. Check with them in regards to their purpose and understand their needs and help them with a financial screening to understand their job level, earnings, savings and expenses and helping them to get their loan approved by calling them regularly and updating the status and helping them with further queries and also assisting to neutralize the credit score of the customers too. Main challenge is to convert the lead to a sale through continuous effort and communication.
Taking calls based on Health insurance field. Assist customers holding United Health Care health insurance and also assisting them with the allocation of their respective doctors for their annual wellness visit. Calling hospitals and clinics to reach Medical Records Team getting fax number to request for Blood Pressure and HbA1C readings and taking the info and updating the same on the insurance claim forms.
