Key Result Areas:
•Executing well head operations, well testing, separation of oil and gas (H2S) produced from the wells.
•Quick to detect key risks & uncertainties, then frame a pragmatic work plan for getting to key decision points.
•Well head maintenance and assistance with well engineering team.
•Shut down and start up preparation, planning, communication and all.
•Performing various operations like separation, electrostatic separation, oil stabilization, cyclonic separation, skimming, water treatment, gas compression, gas dehydration (Glycol Dehydration and Glycol Regeneration), sweetening of the sour gas (Amine Sweetening and Amine Recovery Process), utility system.
•Monitoring production process (DCS operations) to ensure the adherence to the compliance as per safety, quality and environmental requirement.
•Looking after the maintenance of various processes and safety equipment available in process area.
•Carrying out detailed analysis of process stream/components and loss calculations.
•Handling an additional responsibility of Plant Safety Officer to make sure all safety equipment are kept up to date/ operational.
•Keeping track of various documents like daily production report (DPR), lab analysis report and Environment compliances and non-compliances report.
•Ensuring ISO 14001 compliance and preparing for internal & external audits.
•Serving as an active member of Plant Emergency Response team (PERT/SERT) (OPITO Certified) (trained by PETROFAC, UK for advanced firefighting).
•Responsible for ensuring quality control and handling of ATF used in chopper operations.
•Formulating SOP's, preparing asset integrity plan and emergency response. Highlights & Achievement:
•Played a key role in reducing the breakdowns / downtime by through effective maintenance.
•Successfully commissioned automated & compact platform (PL), 1st smart platform (MB) with hybrid power system design (Green Field Project), Water Dumping Project at PB and PC Satellite Platform, reviving production from MA platform, Satellite Automation Project for enhancing and adopting new technology, IG (gas) to IA (Air) Conversion to achieve zero emission.
•Successfully carried out plant expansion / modification / upgradation projects such as CHEMICAL INJECTION, GAS LIFT, UT& LRUT OF PIPE LINES and PIGGING OF RISERS.
•Run the plant continue 365 days without unplanned shutdown.
•Supervisory role in streamlining procedures & process by upgradation, regular monitoring, gap analysis, giving feedback, hunting existing hazards in the plant etc.
•Assurance of Safety critical elements & Barrier healthiness for PMT asset and remain within KPI.
•Play key role in time of emergency and recognized by SRA.
•Ensure strict compliance to PM schedules to achieve department KPI's.

•Handled the Ship cargo (propane, butane, mixed LPG) as well as the unloading operation.
•Served as a Boarding Officer on ship during ship discharge.
